Ask Jill: Fair-use policy

Ask Jill is designed for occasional, reasonably straightforward planning questions, such as choosing a shuttle, deciding between activities or finding a suitable area to stay.

There’s no fixed limit on questions. However, it doesn’t include reviewing complete itineraries, researching extensive lists of options or planning an entire trip by email. For more detailed help, you can use your member discount on a consultation or custom itinerary.

If usage becomes excessive or falls outside this scope, I may limit the number, frequency or complexity of questions to keep the service manageable for everyone. If that happens, I’ll explain and suggest a suitable alternative where possible.

I normally reply within three working days. Response times aren’t guaranteed, and Ask Jill isn’t an urgent or real-time travel assistance service.

If we make significant changes to the fair-use policy, we’ll let members know.
